Anne-Laure Benoist is a lawyer specialising in indirect corporate taxation (VAT, payroll tax, C3S, etc.) as well as in tax control and litigation.

Working on high-level technical cases, Anne-Laure has acquired in-depth experience, particularly in acquisitions/disposals and structuring (setting up acquisition holding companies and support – in terms of indirect taxes – for financing transactions), and support in the implementation of specific VAT regimes.

She assists groups in securing their position in terms of payroll tax and VAT (sectorisation, VAT group or payment consolidation, etc.).

She advises many French and international groups (particularly in the healthcare, retail, luxury and energy sectors) in their day-to-day tax management and exceptional transactions.

Anne-Laure is a member of the A3F (French Association of Women Fiscalists) and also works in VAT with the Master II DJCE of the University of Cergy-Pontoise. In addition, she regularly publishes articles in specialized books and journals
