Stéphane joined Arsene in Paris as head of the Customs, Energy Taxation and International Trade team, after more than twenty-five years of experience in several law firms such as KPMG Avocats, Fidal and CMS Francis Lefebvre.

Stéphane is involved in all aspects of international trade.

He assists European and international companies on customs issues (including customs valuation, preferential origin, selection of available regimes and compliance with customs procedures), as well as in energy taxation.

In the field of commercial compliance, Stéphane assists companies in the organization of their function and the implementation of diagnostic, audit and compliance processes.
