Marion assists French and international groups and their directors with the day-to-day tax management of their businesses and exceptional transactions (investment, restructuring and divestment).

She is regularly involved in cases requiring a high level of technical expertise, particularly in connection with internal or cross-border reorganisations, acquisitions and refinancing.

Marion has also developed expertise in tax audits, particularly in preparing and providing operational assistance to taxpayers under audit, and in implementing appropriate strategies during the pre-litigation and litigation phases.

Finally, it has acquired solid experience in providing tax support to not-for-profit organisations (associations, foundations, endowment funds, etc.) when they are being set up or restructured, or in their dealings with the tax authorities (assistance with audits, tax ruling procedures, etc.).
