Yoann has strong expertise in tax structuring and modeling private equity transactions, alongside investment funds or family offices, in a French and international environment. He also advises management teams in the structuring of their management package and has solid experience in M&A operations for large French and international groups.

Yoann is also in close contact with the financial or tax departments of large groups that operate in various sectors such as construction, energy, or luxury goods, providing them with operational solutions on all their tax issues (audit / tax litigation, big picture tax strategy and governance, day-to-day tax management, etc.).
