Partner / Responsible for developing relations between Arsene and Taxand.

Frédéric assists his French and international cllients on all tax issues ranging from corporate taxatin and flow management to personnal taxation. He is particularly active in the context of acquisition projects and reorganizations, both for investment funds and for groups of companies.

He teaches reorganization taxation and tax integration within the Master 2 Tax Lawyer at Paris V - Descartes University.
