Franck Chaminade is a partner with Arsene Taxand. Franck began his career in 1998 with Arthur Andersen International. He then joined Ernst and Young tax practice before joining Arsene Taxand in 2005. Franck was promoted to partner in January 2009. Franck has developed particular expertise in the following areas: Assisting national and multinational companies with their French operations, ranging from the initial investment to the possible divestment Mergers and acquisitions (due diligence and tax structuring, negotiation of Sale and Purchase Agreements) Assisting in tax audit and tax litigation Franck is member of the Paris Bar Association.
