Career
Noor Zetteler is an attorney and partner with Wijn & Stael. Her practice includes financing, securities and insolvency law. She counsels directors and financiers on (dis)continuity and foreclosure sale issues and litigates (complex) disputes focusing on the liability of directors, supervisory directors and accountants. She also counsels and represents clients in litigation matters involving accountancy issues before the Auditor’s Office and the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (CBb). Noor is regularly appointed as trustee.
Analytical and Goal-Driven
Known for her razor-sharp analysis and goal-oriented strategies, Noor looks at cases from a broader perspective than just the legal issue at hand. She has an excellent grasp of figures. She stays calm and in control, even when a case becomes hectic and complex. “I enjoy the challenges of negotiating and counseling and will go the extra mile to deliver the best outcome for my client.”
