Remco Vermaire has been with Wijn & Stael since 2002 and is an attorney and partner with the firm. He counsels major financial institutions, such as banks, private lenders and leasing companies, on financing, securities and leasing matters, while counseling financial institutions and directors of companies on (extensive) restructuring.​

Remco is a driven attorney who values close cooperation with his clients. Precise and meticulous, he has a wealth of litigation and negotiation experience and always has an eye for detail, even when working under pressure. Experience in Bankruptcy and Banking Issues

Because of his years-long background as trustee and administrator, Remco is well-versed in (pre)bankruptcy issues. He was contracted out for a period of time to a large financial institution and has specific banking knowledge of CDD processes and fraud cases.
