Miranda van Eekelen-Atema has been with Wijn & Stael since 2024. She specializes in commercial litigation and has a wealth of experience in insolvency matters and the liability issues that arise from them.

Miranda thrives on complex cases with a strong financial or business-economic component. She enjoys working with numbers and has extensive knowledge of business economics and financial reporting. She believes in taking the burden of legal concerns off her clients' shoulders: “I get a kick out of developing and implementing strategies that best serve my clients’ interests. I always keep the goal in sight as I look for the best and most efficient solutions.”

Trained and Experienced in Economics and Law

Miranda has degrees in both business economics and law, and regularly publishes articles on bankruptcy trustees and public interests. She also worked for several years as a commercial litigation and dispute resolution attorney at a large, international law firm.
