Mark Wilcock is a Partner in the Corporate & Finance team, advising on acquisitions and disposals of businesses, management buy-ins and buy-outs, share buybacks, complex restructuring, and shareholder/investment agreements.

He is known for his straight-talking approach and understanding of clients’ commercial and corporate needs, helping high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and large corporates across sectors including sport, recruitment, engineering, and technology.

Mark’s notable work includes advising a software start-up on a sale to an overseas private equity fund and acting as lead adviser to a recruitment company on its buy-and-build strategy across the UK.

He also advises on general corporate restructuring matters such as share exchanges and capital reduction demergers. His earlier experience in commercial law contracts adds depth to his transactional work and enhances his ability to anticipate and resolve issues in corporate transactions.
