Meghan Waldron is a Partner in the Regulatory & Corporate Defence team, representing directors, companies, and professionals in matters involving the Police, HSE, ICO, HMRC, Companies House, and the Environment Agency. She builds strong client rapport, guiding them through investigations or prosecutions, and focuses on achieving the best outcome through meticulous preparation and strategic advice.

Career

With over ten years’ experience in criminal and regulatory defence, Meghan has worked at Lupton Fawcett and Howard & Byrne before joining Flint Bishop in September 2025. She has extensive experience defending complex fraud, serious sexual offences, assaults, murder, and road traffic offences. She regularly represents clients at PACE interviews and court proceedings, often securing cases being discontinued, no further action taken, or acquittals. Meghan was named a Legal 500 Rising Star in Crime and Fraud for Yorkshire & Humber in 2021.
