Ian Beardmore is a Partner in Flint Bishop’s Commercial Property team. He advises clients across retail, leisure, industrial, and residential property sectors, as well as schools and charities. His expertise covers site acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, joint ventures, options, funding arrangements, and development agreements.

Ian leads and develops the firm’s Commercial Property team, combining strategic guidance with hands-on advice to deliver commercially focused solutions for complex property and development projects.

Since joining Flint Bishop in 1992, Ian has advised some of the UK’s leading property and construction firms, including privately-owned contractors and developers. He has overseen large-scale development projects, including:

£100m development of a distribution centre.

£35m acquisition and development of a major mixed-use out-of-town retail scheme.

Ian has built a reputation for assembling highly experienced property teams and guiding clients through complex commercial property and development transactions across the UK.
