With over 18 years of post-qualification experience, Sukhy has acted on a wide range of residential transactions, including freehold and unregistered properties, new builds, and remortgages. She has developed a reputation for practical, commercially-focused advice, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling property efficiently. Sukhy has been instrumental in building and managing relationships with estate agents, enhancing service delivery and reducing transaction times.
