Natalie supervises multiple teams within the firm’s debt recovery practice, managing workflow, reporting, and client communication for several of Flint Bishop’s largest clients. She ensures teams are aligned to project objectives and provides day-to-day guidance on complex cases, acting as the primary contact for clients and embedding efficient, commercially-minded processes across the department.

Since qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2022, Natalie has rapidly progressed through the ranks, combining operational management with legal expertise. She advises clients on salary overpayments, debt recovery, and contractual disputes, and has conducted credit management audits to optimise client order-to-cash processes. Recognised as a Rising Star in The Legal 500 UK, Natalie is known for her leadership, meticulous approach, and ability to deliver positive results for high-profile commercial clients.
