Janet Rhodes is Partner and Head of Commercial Property at Flint Bishop. She advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of commercial property, including portfolio acquisitions, funding arrangements, and complex development projects.

Janet works with both local and national clients, corporates, and lenders, providing commercially focused solutions for transactions spanning care homes, pub groups, industrial estates, and other multi-site developments.

With over 25 years’ experience in the real estate sector, Janet has successfully managed high-value transactions and funding arrangements, including:

£18m acquisition of a care home portfolio.

£9m acquisition for a national bingo operator.

Advising high-street banks and corporate lenders on refinancing and funding of commercial portfolios.

Since joining Flint Bishop in July 2023, Janet has played a pivotal role in leading the Commercial Property team and providing strategic guidance on high-value, complex projects across the UK.
