Niall Gilhooley leads Flint Bishop’s Debt Services division, driving operational excellence and the delivery of high-performance debt recovery solutions. He is responsible for developing the operating model, embedding resilience, and pioneering new services to meet evolving client needs.

With over 30 years’ experience in the debt recovery industry, Niall has held senior leadership roles across the sector. Before joining Flint Bishop in 2022, he was a founding director and CEO of Irwin Mitchell’s specialist debt recovery business, Ascent, leading over 200 employees delivering outsourced credit management and litigation services.

He has also held executive positions at PRA Group, Provident Financial, EOS Solutions, and Lloyds Banking Group, building a reputation for transforming legacy operations, defining strategy, and driving growth.

Niall has significant experience in regulatory matters, including compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and is a recognised leader in the UK credit management sector.
