Martyn Brierley is Head of the Corporate & Finance team, advising on corporate transactions for businesses ranging from owner-managed companies to international listed clients.

He provides practical, commercially focused guidance on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, and lending and security arrangements. Martyn is known for quickly identifying key transactional issues and delivering innovative, timely solutions in often time-sensitive situations.

Martyn frequently acts for large property developers on complex, high-value property development joint ventures across the UK.

He also advises institutional banks on corporate lending and security arrangements, including management buy-outs and other transaction structures. His depth of experience ensures clients receive strategic and commercially driven advice at every stage of a corporate deal.
