Head of Practice Partner, Public Law

André Gaspar Martins joined VdA in 2013. He is the head partner in charge of the Public Law practice where he has been involved in several matters of Administrative Law, including in the areas of Public Procurement, Administrative litigation and arbitration and administrative concessions, advising several public and private entities, namely in telecommunications, public health, postal and transports sectors.

Recently, André has been actively involved in litigation with regard to banking resolution measures.
