Sofia Bobone joined VdA in 2006. Partner of Corporate and M&A practice area, having been involved in several transactions, mainly focused on the acquisition and sale of companies, and corporate restructuring plans as well as corporate assistance to several companies.

Has also been actively working in corporate finance and acquisition finance transactions, advising several national and international clients, particularly  implementing and accompanying private equity investment projects.

Law Degree by the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University (Lisbon).
