LEX’s lawyers have, for example, litigated cases concerning disputes over land ownership, the utilization of natural resources, zoning plans, as well as cases in the field of Construction, Public Procurement and Tendering law, Real Estate law and Intellectual Property law. Moreover, LEX’s lawyers have written numerous scholarly articles on property rights and contributed to scholarly publications in the field.
