Jasdeep Singh specializes in dispute resolution and construction law. He has over ten years of experience as counsel in both construction-related and other commercial disputes before courts and arbitration tribunals. His experience includes ad hoc arbitration proceedings as well as Swedish and international institutional arbitration proceedings. Jasdeep's experience in construction and consulting law primarily covers the Swedish standard contracts ABT 06/AB 04 and ABK 09. In addition, he has extensive experience of disputes concerning construction contracts governed by ABA 99. Jasdeep also regularly engaged as counsel to provide advice during ongoing construction and infrastructure projects. He also drafts and negotiates construction contracts.

In addition to construction and consulting law, Jasdeep is often engaged as advisor and counsel in matters and disputes concerning commercial leases. He also regularly assists parties in transaction-related disputes.

Jasdeep is regularly appointed as lecturer for companies in the construction and consulting industry.
