Anders Lindström is head of MAQS' Startups & Venture Capital practice, and is one of Sweden's most seasoned lawyers in the startup and venture capital space, with close to three decades of hands-on experience advising founders, investors, and funds across Sweden and internationally. Anders has developed a rare end-to-end perspective on the growth company journey — from early-stage fundraising and ownership structuring through to complex M&A transactions and exits. That kind of depth matters when deals move fast and the stakes are high. He advises a broad range of domestic and international investors and VC firms and brings one of the strongest networks in the Nordic startup ecosystem.

Anders also has extensive experience in the formation and structuring of venture capital funds — work that demands both legal precision and a sharp commercial instinct. Beyond transactions, Anders serves as a trusted adviser to founder-led companies, boards, and management teams on corporate law and governance — typically a relationship that takes root in a company's earliest stages and grows alongside it.
