Marcus Resvik is head of MAQS’ specialist area Corporate Tax. Marcus has extensive experience providing advice in a wide range of tax matters with particular focus on structure and tax-related issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, public offerings, restructurings and owners’ taxation. He regularly assists clients in connection with the establishment and implementation of incentive programs.
Marcus also represents clients before the Swedish Tax Agency, in tax litigations and in advance rulings.
