Mikael Satama Granberg is responsible for MAQS' specialist industry area Digital Business and regularly assists companies in matters concerning technology and digitalisation with focus on IT and technology-related projects, IT agreements and the use of AI. He also has extensive experience in legal advice related to outsourcing, cloud services, licensing of software and intellectual property rights, as well as data protection and cybersecurity issues. Mikael has participated in many major technology-driven projects and transactions and worked for several years as in-house counsel in the IT sector, which has given him a strong understanding of the interplay between technology and law and the ability to communicate complex legal issues in a straightforward manner. Mikael regularly gives presentations and lectures on AI and IT.
