Senior Associate

Mr. Nedko Radev acquired a Masters degree in law at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2020. Later that year he joined Andrey Delchev and Partners law firm.  He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Private International Law in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. His topic of research are the cross-border issues of Intellectual property in the EU.

As part of Andrey Delchev & Partners Law Firm -Eurolex Bulgaria Mr. Radev leads the Data protection compliance team. He is part of our Dispute Resolution practice and works on cases involving cross-border issues, intellectual property, EU law, TMT etc. He has extensive experience in the area of International law, Space law and Human Rights.

He also works extensively with Non-Profit Organizations.  As the Chairman of the International Moot Court Competition Association (IMCCA) he coordinates and prepares law students for participation in International Moot Court Competitions, as representatives of Bulgaria.

He has specialized in the Hague Academy of International Law summer courses on Private International Law in 2021, 2022 and 2023
