Annalie is a banking partner in the Financial Markets & Products team in Fieldfisher's London office specialising in real estate finance and the solvent restructuring of corporate groups. Her practice focuses on advising borrowers on real estate investment and development finance transactions but she also advises on general corporate borrowing, acquisition finance and asset backed lending. Annalie previously headed up the banking legal team at a Big 4 accountancy firm.

Annalie also has extensive experience in advising on the reorganisation and simplification of complex corporate structures as well as establishing JVs and undertaking demergers. Bringing together both specialisms, she advises on both the corporate structuring and banking legal issues arising on such projects to ensure a rounded legal service.

Given my borrower focus on finance transactions, Annalie works with a number of privately owned businesses, family offices, high net worth individuals, property funds, developers, investors and asset managers.  Annalie and her team aim to be an integrated part of their clients’ businesses, acting as an outsourced general counsel able to draw on specialists across the real estate, private client, corporate and finance teams to cover each client’s legal needs.
