Senior associate

Kate is a senior associate at Fieldfisher and primarily assists clients in protecting and exploiting their brands both in domestic and international markets through third party relationships such as franchising, licensing, manufacturing and distribution.

She also provides clients with advice on advertising and consumer laws and regulations, including in respect of promotional activity and engaging influencers, as well as assisting clients with general commercial matters.

Kate works with a variety of different clients from large global corporations to start-ups in a wide range of sectors with a particular emphasis on fashion and retail, food and beverage and education.
