Sofie is a Banking & Finance partner in the Brussels office of Fieldfisher

Sofie's practice includes different types of financing transactions, with a particular expertise in acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance & general corporate finance. She also advises on restructurings and more general finance issues.

She advises Belgian and international financial institutions, private equity investors and corporates.

Sofie graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven (Leuven, Belgium), participated in an exchange programme at the New York University School of Law, and obtained a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Finance at the economics department of the Catholic University of Leuven.
