Tahir has more than 12 years of experience as a lawyer in the team Intellectual Property & Technology and in particular in the field of trademarks and designs. Tahir is also a Certified Trademark and Design Attorney.

He advises and litigates extensively on trademarks, designs and copyrights within the Healthcare & Life Sciences, automotive, fashion, retail and ICT sectors. He works at the highest level and feels at home in the most complex and challenging cases. His work includes litigation before BOIP and EUIPO as well as before specialised national and international courts.

His large international network, personal background and broad experience make him a strong advocate of inclusivity and diversity.

Tahir is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA), the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM) and the Dutch Copyright Association (VvA)
