Pieter has been an attorney with La Gro since 2007, and he co-managed the firm as a managing partner from 2019-2021. From his experience as an attorney and managing partner, he assists entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, governance trajectories, and other strategic processes. He leads the Corporate and M&A Team as well as the European Law (Procurement Law, Competition Law and State Aid) Team. He tells it like it is, determines the strategy and will take care of things for you.
