Abdulaziz is a Partner based in BSA LAW's Muscat office in the Sultanate of Oman.

He focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, with expertise spanning a wide range of industries, including commercial, civil, and administrative disputes. He also provides comprehensive procedural advice on local laws.

One of Abdulaziz’s areas of specialism is the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”). As part of a team providing detailed, methodical advice to a major insurance client regarding its exposure, he helped establish a mechanism that ensured compliance with both FATCA and local privacy laws.

Abdulaziz holds an LLB from Sultan Qaboos University in Oman, with an emphasis on Private and Public Law.
