Kenneth Nilsson work within two different areas: financing and insolvency.
Kenneth's is active as trustee in bankruptcies and company reorganizer. In addition to that his work includes helping companies with financing agreements and issues regarding customers who are unable to pay, at risk of bankruptcy or starting a reconstruction process. Kenneth regularly publishes articles on insolvency topics and has published a Swedish commentary to the European insolvency regulation. Kenneth is a member of INSOL Europe.
