Magnus Örtorp assists owners and management teams mainly on issues relating to the purchase and sale of shares/companies and also on strategic commercial issues relating to these.
Magnus' background is within the district courts and the court of appeal. In his role as a member of the Swedish Bar Association for the last 20 years, he has mainly assisted clients in the sale/purchase of shares and companies and also with contracts such as shareholders’ agreements, disputes between owners and joint ventures. Magnus also has appointments from several companies and organisations within a variety of sectors as chairman of the board, board member or board secretary. He is one of the founders of Setterwalls in Gothenburg.
