Christian Sjöqvist assists Swedish and foreign companies with tax advice, primarily relating to structural issues and issues arising in conjunction with the purchase and sale of companies or property.

Christian is head of Setterwalls’ tax team in Gothenburg. His work consists largely of providing tax advice in transaction processes, with special focus on the real estate sector. Christian also often provides tax advice when reviewing existing company structures. In addition, he works extensively with various forms of incentive programmes, and also with tax litigation.
