Anders Holmgren is the head of Setterwalls’ Corporate and M&A practice group in Gothenburg.

Anders specializes in mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts and is experienced in national as well as cross-border transactions and commercial contracts – the latter mainly related to co-operations, joint ventures and licensing. In addition, Anders is experienced in issues from a business legal perspective in the field of sports and entertainment (mainly gaming, professional racing, football and ice hockey).
