For 25 years, Marc Tullgren has assisted Swedish and foreign companies with advice relating to commercial contracts, corporate compliance, disputes and acquisitions, often with international links.

Within the firm, Marc has been a member of the national board of directors for a number of years. In addition, he takes active part in the firm’s work on developing the commercial team, and our ever more prominent focus on technology and IT, including everything from large-scale procurement of industrial automation solutions and business systems to acquisition of competency-intensive companies. In addition to this, Marc acts as coordinating legal adviser to a number of major companies within a large number of sectors.
