Position

Partner

Since 2005, I have worked mainly within the areas of intellectual property and marketing law and with commercial contracts, often with an international connection and often in a digital context.

On a daily basis, I handle assignments where Swedish or foreign companies need assistance and advice relating to the protection and commercialisation of their intellectual property and other assets. A large proportion of the assignments relate to trademarks, copyright or advertising and marketing issues, and She has experience of handling complicated disputes within these areas. Sophia spends a large part of her working hours on drawing up and negotiating commercial contracts, relating to matters such as collaboration, development, licensing, purchase and sales and she has a vast experience of technology and IP transactions. The assignments Sophia works with often have a cross-border aspect, and she is therefore used to working with international projects. She has particular experience of the technology industry, including software-as-a-service (SaaS), social media, digital advertising an digital health as well as of the entertainment, media, alcohol, tobacco and FMCG industries, and of general marketing and consumer law issues, such as e-commerce.
