With an active practice spanning over a decade, Niklas is continuously recognised as a trusted advisor for major Swedish and international corporations, as well as innovative start-ups, seeking his expertise on commercially critical and complex matters across the relevant fields in technology focused businesses, including commercial contracting and regulatory aspects, and IP. He has built a strong legacy within his areas of expertise, bringing significant experience to the table when it comes to inter alia IT sourcing and procurements, technology transfers and developments, distressed technology and data, data protection and personal data processing (GDPR), cybersecurity and cyber incidents, digital regulatory, intellectual property and licensing. Niklas is particularly experienced in working within the financial sector and other regulated fields, covering both private and public enterprises and different market actors ranging from banks, service providers, fintech companies and government financial infrastructure organisations.
