Kristin Ourom is head of Kvale`s department for Energy, which consists a total of six lawyers. Kristin assists in general business law, with emphasis on energy law, corporate law, bank and finance, and contract law including IT/Telecommunication and property law.

Kristin assists in a wide specter of transactions within different business sectors and she has long experience working with all phases in the transactions, including advisory service linked to transactions, financing, negotiations, and determination of transactions structures and drafting of contracts.

Kristin holds several board posts and is being used a lecturer. She assists a number of clients, including energy companies, finance corporations, and company's within IT and telecommunication.
