Stephanie Brungot is a managing associate based at our Aalesund office, and is a part of our Banking and Finance team, as well as our Corporate M&A team. She works with financing and M&A transactions, and advises clients particularly on financing and security structures, various legal issues related to mortgage/pledge law and monetary claims law, and she also assists with the negotiation and drafting of various loan and security documentation. Stephanie regularly advises both borrowers and lenders, including banks, and has experience with financing transactions within a range of sectors, such as fisheries and aquaculture. Stephanie also advises on general corporate law matters, and has assisted with corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.

Stephanie has inhouse experience as legal counsel at Nordea Bank, where she worked with both corporate and private customers, with emphasis on the corporate market. Here she worked with a broad range of loan and security documentation, in addition to advising on general bank related issues. Stephanie has thus practical experience and knowledge of the banking business from the inside.
