Erik Torjusen specialises in insolvency law, and assists in all matters relating to a company's journey through financial distress.

Torjusen has extensive experience in composing rescue plans for distressed companies; distressed M&A transactions; assisting banks and financial institutions with credit matters and asset recoveries; and in providing counsel to boards of directors. Torjusen has first-hand experience from the most comprehensive bankruptcies and reconstructions opened in Norway over the last decade.

Torjusen is described as knowledgeable, engaged and solution oriented, and provides counsel in an area that requires a high degree of commercial acumen. He regularly gives lectures within his field of expertise.
