Silje Grimseth Ullebust is recognised as one of Norway’s leading public procurement lawyers, and is ranked among the top practitioners in her field in both national and international directories.

She has extensive experience in advising clients on public procurement matters, dispute resolution and litigation. Silje also has a solid background in contract and construction law, and broad experience with various types of contracts.

She advises public authorities and private suppliers throughout all phases of the procurement process – from planning and preparation, through tender procedures and contract award, to contract management and follow-up. Her experience includes contracts for goods, services, construction and engineering works, as well as concession contracts.
