Dispute Resolution

Lucy is a Senior Associate in the Disputes team. She acts for both claimants and defendants, and advises on all stages of the litigation process from pre-action through to trial. She assists with settlement options where appropriate in order to achieve the most desirable and commercial outcome for clients.

Lucy has worked on a wide variety of disputes including commercial issues, trust and will matters, property disputes and debt recovery. Her clients range from both not-for-profit and commercial organisations, to private individuals and families. Recent work includes advising education institutions, sports organisations and participants in a high-profile public inquiry.

Lucy volunteers at the Mary Ward Legal Centre, where she provides free and independent legal advice.
