Diana Dobra’s practice is focused on public procurement, corporate & commercial, M&A and regulatory matters related to these areas. Diana has already acquired experience and expertise in a wide array of private and public sector matters including Corporate & Commercial, Public Procurement & PPP and White Collar Compliance & Defence by being involved in a broad range of multi-disciplinary projects. She regularly advices and assists clients on matters related to tendering, procurement and project management.
