Bianca Chiurtu's practice is focused on tax and administrative disputes.

Bianca has extensive experience in a diverse range of tax disputes concerning transfer pricing and multinational companies related tax matters, substance and business purpose, VAT and corporate tax.

Bianca has also a broad experience in environmental disputes, dealing with cleanup or toxic tort or with debris storage proceedings.

Bianca is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.

Bianca Chiurtu holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and a Degree in Political Sciences from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies. She also holds a LL.M in Tax Law from the University of Bucharest.
