Mathias focuses primarily on IT acquisitions and outsourcing within IT and facility management. He has extensive experience with global outsourcing projects and advises both Danish and international businesses on strategy, contract negotiation and compliance, including within regulated sectors.

Mathias also advises businesses in connection with the collaboration after the conclusion of a contract and the resolution of disputes in various outsourcing agreements.
