Lars Mygind Bojsen is a partner in Accura’s M&A Team.

Lars primarily works with Danish and international business transfers with a special focus on private equity investments. In that connection, he has advised several leading Danish and foreign private equity funds on anything from transaction structuring, due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents to the implementation of incentive programmes, management roll-overs and co-investments.

Further, Lars has substantial experience of particularly complex divestments of business divisions (“carve-outs”), including advice on pre-sales processes, separation and integration challenges and provision of transition services.

Lars joined Accura in 2019. Before that, he worked with Plesner for 6 years, first as an assistant attorney and later as an attorney.
