Henrik Juul Hansen is one of the partners heading Accura’s M&A Practice. He assists a broad range of national and multinational business enterprises, private equity funds, and investment banks with all kinds of M&A and Capital Markets activities. Further, Henrik has significant experience in conducting legal due diligence. He advices on company law issues and assist financial distressed companies and is appointed associated professor at the University of Copenhagen. Henrik has been partner since 2005 and joined Accura in 2010
