Career

Jacob Vinther is one of the partners heading Accura’s M&A team. He has special expertise advising and attending to the needs of large corporate clients and private equity investors, international and Danish, in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Over the years he has headed a number of high-profile M&A transactions in Denmark and is today recognised as one of the most active M&A lawyers in the country. He advises clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, including legal due diligence, structuring considerations, acquisition funding, drafting of transaction documents, in addition to participating in negotiations relating to mergers and acquisitions. Furthermore, Jacob Vinther has extensive experience in venture deals and holds memberships of both the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association’s (EVCA) Tax and Legal Committee and the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association’s (DVCA) board of directors and legal committee. Jacob Vinther has been a partner with Accura since 2005.
