Camilla Holstener Fahrenholtz is a partner in Accura’s Corporate & Commercial Team.
Camilla is specialised in M&A and company law and advises large and medium-sized Danish and foreign businesses on company and commercial law issues and has many years’ experience with the formation of companies, company capital structures, reorganisation of groups as well as acquisition and divestment of companies.
Camilla joined Accura in 2019 after having worked as lead commercial project manager with Ørsted. Before that, she worked with Gorrissen Federspiel for 9 years where she started as a legal intern in 2006. Camilla was posted to A.P. Møller – Mærsk from 2009-2010 and Holland & Knight in San Francisco, USA, in 2014.
